I have a very hot female friend.
I told her I was interested in more, and predictably, she wasn't. Blah blah.
Am I kissing up to her? No.
I'm not talking to her anymore.
If she comes crawling, great. If I see her again, I'm going to kiss her on the lips. If that bothers her, tough.
Zero effort. Possibly low chance of payoff, but I don't really give a damn either way.
Fieldmarshall Rommel, when he was leading his infantry company in World War I, instructed the men to begin firing on stands of trees, before they saw any enemies. The reasoning was, essentially, even if there was only a 1% chance of making a hit, the law of diminishing firepower made it pay off. It was a numbers game.
Much like dating. If this girl doesn't see what she has, she can eff off and I'm already working on the next ones.
Oh, and hi, gents.
