"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I don't know if you know who this guy is:

Perhaps you may remember him better when he looked like this:

If you still don't know, this is Joe Montana, the greatest quarterback of all time. He played for the San Francisco 49ers from 1979 to 1992.

He's not the most attractive man ever. He's not the tallest man ever. He's not the strongest man ever. His arm strength was not great. His mobility was not great. But he was the greatest of all time. Why? He had a great attitude. He was known as "Joe Cool", because he never panicked. If there was an opening, no matter how small in the defense, he would find a way to exploit it. He went into every game thinking that it was the most important game of his life.

Now many of you are probably thinking: "dude this is a HS forum, if you want to talk about the 49ers go to ESPN.com or something".

Having Joe Montana as quarterback is awfully similar to having you as yourself picking up on a girl. You're not the cutest. You don't have the best body. You don't dress as good as everybody else. But you get girls. Why? Because you are cool, calm, relaxed, happy, and confident.

Why wouldn't you be? Joe Montana beat teams that was "out of his league". Why can't you pick up a cute girl who people say is "out of your league"?

Relaxed, cool, happy, confident. Girls DROOL over these qualities. And if you have these AND make them feel good? You'll always be an MVP with them!

Let's focus on you. What can you do to pick up women better? Have a better attitude. I see ugly guys get more women than me all the time. It's how you make them feel and it's how you portray yourself.

Girls always think about what that guy is like. Is he uptight? Nervous? Obnoxious? Lazy? Or is he cool? Happy? Relaxed?

If you were a girl, which one would you go out with? Which one would you rather spend time with? Which one would you rather show off to your friends?

You see how these qualities turn you from b*tch into bull? From a weakling to a master? From a rookie to a pro? From a bullheaded loudmouth to a cool guy?

Girls like it when you're cool. (Cool as in relaxed, not as in being popular). It makes them think of you being more attractive than you are. You are a mystery. They want to figure you out. You are pleasureable. You are fun. You are confident. You are a good man.

You are Joe Cool.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Good Post Sebastian...

Sometimes we all need to be reminded that we gotta be cool, not to please women, or to hope that women, seeing us cool and relaxed, will flock to us, but because staying cool in life is an essential trait. Good post.

I tend to overdo things and I tend to try to show off. Girls don't know that, and I hope everyone gets the message too :)

This post actually made me feel much better about my high school life. As I read it again, I thought of how I could apply it, and what kind of a difference that would make!

I'm so juiced about going to school tomorrow and trying it out! :)

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

what about the loud party guy? he seems to get much more than the relaxed in high school and college... plus he seem to have way more fun than the chill-out always in control guy...
