Cullen White, AnitaB.org’s chief impact officer, said in a video posted to X, formerly Twitter, that some registrants had lied about their gender identity when signing up, and men were now taking up space and time with recruiters that should go to women. “All of those are limited resources to which you have no right,” White said. AnitaB.org did not respond to a request for comment.
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

The article says that it was an event for women and “non-binary” people. Non-binary literally means that you can be whatever the fvck you want…whenever you want. I hope someone files a human rights complaint against those bigoted binary feminists trying to keep non-binary folks from getting jobs.

The reason why more women aren't in tech is because most women are not interested in it.

Same reason more men aren't secretaries/administrative assistants or nurses.

That's the problem with trying to assume all jobs should be 50/50 men/women. It doesn't take into account thr nature of the job which inherently is going to lean, sometimes very strongly, towards one gender or the other and has NOTHING to do with discrimination or not hiring men/women into it.

There simply aren't many men/women interested in those jobs that lean towards the other gender. It's common sense but people don't want to accept that answer even tho it is the truth and want to go looking for something else.
