6/9/23 - I hate sporting events, a lot.

Basketball games and sporting events involving Miami teams are such massive ****blocks for game. If I was to go the bar I usually go to for game, I would be dealing with women watching a dumb basketball game out with their cliques rather than just being able to do game. Ultimately, I decided not to go.

I have also noticed that spectator sports tend to be a bit of a cocckblock. It's not just with Miami teams in Miami. Men that are serious about Game do not go to venues where college/pro sports are a part of the environment.

White basketball fans are the kinds of guys who watch Cuck porn and probably stand in the corner to watch their wives get railed.

I laughed at this big time. I agree with it. Watching sports is a beta male activity. We have had threads/parts of threads about this.

6/9/23 - I hate sporting events, a lot.

So weird day this past Friday. The plan was that I would go for drinks at Happy Hour since there is a spot near me where I have good rapport with the bartenders. However, due to a mixture of not getting enough sleep the night before as well as the downright gloomy weather in Miami all week, I took a nap after work that lasted hours. I had to force myself to get out of bed and by the time I did, it was almost 8 PM. Ate something, showered, up and decided to get drinks at a local bar.

Go figure, the freaking Miami Heat are playing the Nuggets. Basketball games and sporting events involving Miami teams are such massive ****blocks for game. Ultimately, I decided not to go.

However, every fiber of my body became a Nuggets fan. The Nuggets were up 2-1 in the series (I believe first to win 4 games is the winner) and I just wanted them to win so this nonsense of the NBA Finals can freaking end. I also realized how much I hate NBA culture, as racist as it may make me sound. Everything about the NBA and the sport of basketball is flashiness and clout, it has no substance to it like soccer or American Football do. The fans are the trash of humanity and embodiment of the fact that you can pay for school but you can't buy class.

The absolute worst parts of hood bling bling culture. Cannot stand basketball and its fan as a sport, the trashiest and most passive-aggressive people I have come across. White basketball fans are the kinds of guys who watch Cuck porn and probably stand in the corner to watch their wives get railed.

Moving on, I stuck around at the bar till midnight since due to the long nap, I would not be sleeping well that night anyways. Saw the stupid game for the most part and then headed home. Did not go out to game at all and slept in till 2 PM today.

Yeah I don’t think any sport is uniquely better. Miami isn’t really a football city now compared to others. I know people that moved to Tampa solely because Brady was playing there. I had a tour group in the Turkish Mediterranean recently and this British guy pvssed off his wife and started an argument because he wanted to watch the some soccer game over doing some vacation stuff later.

The problem is that the prime bar in Miami for Fridays that is the best one for game is also one that turns into a sports bar whenever a Miami team plays. Vibe changes real fast depending on the season and the kind of sport that is on. Basketball is huge here because of the heat and so is soccer but thankfully that never airs on Friday and Saturday nights.

Orange Bowl and most major college bowls in Miami are in Miami Gardens, a very dangerous area with a good stadium, far away from the prime Miami game spots, so we are safe.

After much hesitation and a tiring day, hit the gym again with my usual routine, second time this week I have done it and stuck to the routine of going every other day. Used to do this regularly over a month ago before I got sick like crazy. Also, somehow my Tinder explodes with 7 new matches, not a lot but I found it weird, out of nowhere I got a few likes.

Gathering the discipline to hit my old game routine that had positive momentum in late 2022 before things fell off the rails with me getting sick really bad. So far, here are some things I need to cut out.

1. Wingmen in general. Most are toxic AF and a waste of time. Had one loser as my wing a couple of weeks ago that drained my vibe with his b1tching and moaning. Doing it solo from here on out.

2. Negative influences in general, luckily this forum keeps a positive enough vibe to it but just stay off of Youtube and anything red pill or black pill related at all.

3. A good routine of good sleep and rest the night before, napped like crazy this past Friday and ended up skipping out on game altogether.

4. Alcohol on weekdays. Know a good margarita spot near me with great bartenders but I need to keep it to weekends if that.

So much to be grateful for outside of game though so I need to just get it back together.

How is it even possible that the bar you call the best bar in Miami for pickup turns into a sports bar when a local Miami team plays? That doesn't sound like the best Miami bar. That sounds more like a bar in a metro area that's much smaller than Miami. In a city like Miami, one would think the best attraction-seduction venues would not need to cater to the local sports fanatics who ruin the seductive vibe of venues.

I agree with you on wings. Even if a wing isn't toxic, he might be unskilled as a wing.

I've had male friends that weren't good as wings in nightlife pickup situations. They were worth keeping as friends but not worth bringing out to do nightlife venue pickups.

Approaching strangers in nightlife is more difficult without a wing. I don't want to seem negative here but that is a fact. It's also a fact that it isn't impossible. When I rolled solo at night and did approaches, I was never questioned by women as to why I was rolling solo at a nightlife venue.

Women don't show up to nightlife venues alone. Women are in groups of at least 2-3. There are plenty of women in group of 4+ at night. Roosh said in the past that he thought a group of 3 was the maximum size of a group worth approaching.

Going out with 1 wing would be helpful with approaching groups of 2 or 3. A group of 4 males could approach even a group of 4-5 females.

The best thing about non-bar approaching is that wings aren't necessary. In many non-bar situations, women are already isolated from their friends. There are some non-bar venues with women in groups but the group effect isn't the same as a nightlife venue.

That is why the nightlife in Miami sucks so bad compared to even an Atlanta. Outside of super sketchy Wynnwood which is right next to Overtown (Miami's most dangerous neighborhood), you have nowhere close to a strip of bars like you would in most major cities. Even in Wynnwood you have like 2 to 3 good bars but the rest are crap in terms of quality. It is all spread out with super overpriced restaurants that are all sit down places (ie: Sexy Fish and Swan). There is no bar scene for you to go around and talk to randoms and practice game in.

You have nightclubs but they are far apart from each other and you need at least a $75 cover to get in as a guy (which is if you buy tickets weeks out in advance). Nightlife outside of two good nightclubs also sucks.

Even though the stadium is far from the prime Miami nightlife spots, I would think tourists in the city for the games would find a way to ruin the vibe at the prime Miami spots during the few days around that game.

Somewhat but it is tolerable. Most tourists will go to Brickell and Miami Beach which can kind of ruin the vibe but at the same time, tourists are also your best sources of easy lays in Miami. Locals are usually paranoid, stuck up, or playing the Sugar Baby game.

Call it a dear dairy post yet again that I might use to bore others but I just had this feeling and determination in me. I feel like if I do not conquer game in Miami, I will look back on the rest of my life with regret even if I slay it elsewhere. It is not because I feel like I have something to overcome, it is because of the amount of times I got in my own way or let others get in my way.

1. Toxic wings and the game community in Miami which is full of black pilled losers, add no value when winging with you and just stand around like idiots jerking each other off over gossip while not making any progress in game.

2. Getting sick because I did not take care of my health.

3. Going on Hinge dates with girls way below my standards because I wanted an easy lay.

4. Not being able to see a date because I happened to rub one out that day of and was not feeling horny.

I have had so many missed opportunities where I feel like it was just my fault. Maybe Miami does get the better of me and I concede defeat but it will not be until I realize that I gave it my best and my best was not enough. No more getting in my own way anymore, I've had it. No more of this nonsense and no more of this crap.

This is probably the only place I stick to these days because the community here is somewhat positive and talks about game but no more being involved in other game communities. Way too many toxic dudes ruining the vibe and dragging down your game. No more neglecting my health because I have stupid crap on my mind.

No more getting in my own way.

If Miami does get the better of me and I do concede defeat, I want to concede knowing I gave it my all and frankly, even that was not enough. Not because I constantly got in my way and found community amongst a bunch of toxic losers.

I decided to get back out there and go the usual Friday spot. Swore against wings but this Aussie dude had been chatting with me for months, he finally visited Miami. I decide to give it one final shot but as we meet at the bar, it is relatively empty. Come to find, there is a big concert going on. I finally decide to approach a two-set and it went for a while, wing took the other girl but did little with it. My girl was being tough to get and there was a couple with her, I decide to entertain them too and they were chill. Outside of that, it was an early night and I bounced but glad to finally be out.

6/17/23 - The Return

This is for you all @Gamisch @SW15 and @Solomon

I was supposed to have a date planned for this day but it ended up going sideways. Had a few drinks but then realized that if I stay in, I am going to be bored. Decide to hit up a venue I usually go to on Saturdays for nightgame and got there somewhere around midnight. First few minutes, I walk around looking for sets but then I said screw it, I need to do some approaches.

Two-set.

Approach these two girls at the bar. My opener was that they must be from DC by the way they are dressed. Both girls had a relatively chill vibe to them and were cute. One was kind of drunk but I felt super into me. They knew each other from high school and the one into me was originally from LA. The other friend was leaving the next morning to go back to the UK as she lives there now while the LA one now lives in Miami. We had a great time talking overall, the LA girl hates Miami a lot just like I do lol. However, I struggle to be loud enough in this venue where the music is turned up and I really need to work on projecting my voice more.

Get both of their contacts, one does not use IG so gives me her snapchat but the other (LA girl) volunteers to give me her snapchat too. LA girl also follows me back.

Two Latinas.

One Latina I see has her dress blending in with the environment so II approach her and her friend for it. They are living in Miami Beach but both of them are Colombian. It goes relatively well as a conversation and we have a great time chatting, they are chill but waiting on friends. I kind of let it go dry but still manage to get their IGs. After this approach I would mindlessly wander around a bit more but man, that was a much needed boost, two straight closes to start the night. Where was I the whole time lol, I should have been doing this more!

Make small talk with a white girl that lost her friends but she is not receptive. I only approached her because I needed to keep the momentum going.

Comment on a tattoo this blonde Mexican girl had, it went relatively alright but her friends were close by and she had to go. Nothing comes of this.

I go near a bar and see this hot dark haired girl with a tattoo and I comment on it. I tell her that the tattoo looks fancy on her and she is receptive to me. She is visiting from Minnesota and leaves next week but is also a tall Latin girl from there. I somehow do well with midwestern girls and really love their vibe so I keep talking to her as she orders the drinks. Tell her I will take her out somewhere fancier than where we are at and she agrees with it. Get her IG and then she has to walk away to her friends. Moments later some random dudes come up to me and fist bump me. I try not to do it too much because I don't want her to look back and see that she was being gamed lol but the dudes seemed cool.

This morning, she followed me back and we are DMing each other.

I ended the night with a bit of street game. Approached this hot blonde and hot Asian girl two set but kind of chickened out in the approach, could have made more of it.

All in all, not a bad night.

I am going to do more game this weekend but looking back at it, man this is what I was missing. I felt so natural and charismatic when doing approaches and my approaches were landing. I finally realized that the dead weight was really holding me back. I can put it down to two things that got in my way.

The first was the fact that I got sick a lot when I was coming back into the game. There was a nasty bug going around that gave me a flu and then had me coughing like a madman for weeks. Towards the start of June I got over it.

The second bigger dead weight were toxic wings. I had no idea that these days, dudes in game have become this toxic. The constant complaining about how unfair it is wears on you and I had one wing who kept whining the entire session about how all the women are taken and meeting their mens through social circle and work. The guy kept going on about it and on about it and on about how all the women are taken and it made the whole cold approach session deflating. He would do an approach, get rejected, and then go "ugh, ya know, all these women man they are taken? How are they meeting these guys? Can't be through cold approach".

That is just one toxic wing, the other was coming off as genuinely misogynistic and talking crap about every girl at the club when we went out.

I realize I do better solo. Am hanging with one wing from Australia but he seems like a cool natural type. We will see where it goes but after him, as he leaves in a week, I am going at this solo.
