"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Just wondering if anyone has ever decided to try and make a girl jealous.

First of all I saw this girl for 3 weeks she was way into me then just stopped for some odd reason and I got LBF'd. The Same invites me to a party. Do you think going and bringing another girl would actually create jealousy?

Anyone ever been in that situation and has it actually worked?

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

The Tao of Jealousy

If you TRY to make a girl jealous it will backfire.

If you make a girl, without trying, jealous by being a great guy with chicks all over you then it works bigtime.

Example 1.

I was at a friends party. There were three girls present who I had shagged in recent times. One of them is a good mate and it was her that pointed out. Anyway I tried to play the other two off against each other.

They both turned my tactics against me and flirted all night with other guys.

Example 2.

Same (2) girls a few weeks later. Having realised the error of my ways I tried to facilitate a friendly atmosphere between them. They competed ruthlessly for my attention.

Go figure...

Been there, done that. It doesn't work because it's too obvious.

If you want to make the girl jealous, then she has to catch you with another girl. If you bring another girl to a party that you know she will be at, she will see that you are trying to make her jealous and it's going to lower her respect for you even more. If you want to make her jealous, she has to catch you in the act of being a mack.

Personally, I think these games are pointless. The best thing to do is give her little to no attention and keep yourself busy doing other things (and other girls).

P.S. I started the same exact thread over five years ago. I wish I could find it because it would be a funny read.

I partially disagree. Personally, I wouldn't BRING a girl to a party to make another jealous. What I would do is just go to the party to have fun. Stop caring about what she thinks. Go to the party, talk to her for a short amount of time, then enjoy the party. Talk with as many people as you can. Forget that she's there. The pure fact of her seeing you having fun without her will make her jealous. It doesn't take another girl to make a girl jealous.
