"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

IM 39 never had a problem apart from P.I.E.D im currently abstaining from this

basically I last around 3 minutes of a girl riding me and I go hyper excited, never used to be like this

if its my 2nd sex session I last longer but i prefer my erection on the first session

the only things I can think of is my stress levels are a little high at mo, and ive got a habit of twitching my pelvic floor muscle

cheers

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

I've been in your situation. It doesn't make sex fun.

In short, your problems are caused by prolonged porn use and it takes time for your brain to readjust. Keep abstaining from porn and things will stabilise.

Porn is literally like crack cocaine and totally messes up your dopamine levels. Dopamine being the main factor in ability to obtain an erection. Prolonged porn use over time leads to desensitisation to dopamine in the brain meaning that it takes more stimulation to get hard i.e. PIED.

But then when you take away porn, your brain jacks up sensitivity to dopamine to get the stimulation back because your are addicted. So the result is an unnatural dopamine spike in response to sexual stimulation. This spike causes premature ejaculation.

If you keep going with abstinence then things will stabilise. This was my experience.

Idk if that's correct, but to me it was the opposite, I couldn't c0m, no matter how much I tried I had to think of the movies to c0m, it was crazy cause it wasn't enjoyable having to think in another woman, even though the one I was fvcking was hot.
If dopamine is too high then you will have premature ejaculation, if its too low you will have PIED.

Generally it goes like this in my experience.

Stage 1: first few weeks. Can get an erection, but no where near 100% difficulty finishing without extra stimulation. This is where you are.

Stage 2: Flatline after several weeks. Dopamine drops off a cliff. Low mood, zero desire for sex. Can't even get hard while making out.

Stage 3: Coming out of flatline like 50 days+ of noporn. Feel more balanced. Sex drive returns but not over the top. Maybe a little bit of premature ejaculation at first but things stabilise with regular sex like 2-3 times a week. Erections are like a rock.

from previous attempts this rings a bell

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
