"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

I've fortunately got myself two software developers.

There is a chance to set up a software business.

Or can you guys give start up ideas?

I thought about insurance software or some kind of finance software start up.

Perhaps there is a chance to obtain projects, clients through networking

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

So you have zero experience in this field and think it's just that easy?

This would be like saying "I've got a few friends that play basketball, should I go try out for the NBA?"

It's like, what???

I don't understand why people have the illusion that this is so "easy" that they can just get into with no experience and just hit the ground running.

Perhaps it's because AI has made everyone think they are engineers now because they can get the AI to build something that works even though most times it's incredibly broken underneath the surface.

I have looked at YouTube videos were people with zero experience built their software company, saas company, software agency. They found their developers on freelance sites.

That's were the optimism comes from.

Yes and if people realized how poorly designed these products actually are especially when it comes to security they would never use them.

But it will be their day being leaked at some point so I guess they will learn the hard way.

Could you possibly be more vague? What kind of software developers are they, front end, backend, full stack? Do they do desktop, mobile, web design, databases, or do they do niche things like SDKs and APIs? What are their specialities and interests? - do they have a github?

With the rise of AI, the value of a software developer isn't as high now, the real value comes from human ingenuity and creativity in finding a product or service that people actually want. Over the years I've had some random ideas for useful software that i'd like to see invented, but they're slipping my mind right now. If you are really interested in this give me some more info and maybe I can come up some ideas, for a nominal fee.

Off the top of my head, one idea I have is some kind of AI-driven job application software. Some stuff like that is already out. Something that can find jobs based on your search criteria, apply for you with custom tailored resumes, then provide real time assistance in interviews by providing a live transcriptions with answers to interview questions, information about the interviewer, talking points, potential responses, etc.

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

You've got to identify a real need in any marketplace, preferably in an area having to do with your interests. You can and should train yourself to identify shortfalls in various industries/market sectors and work on developing solutions accordingly.

Let me guess, they'll teach you how if you join their coaching program?

I disagree. The need for software engineers is actually increasing, not decreasing.

And it's precisely because people with no idea what they are doing are putting out applications that have no business being out for anything other than personal use.

Without an engineer who understands what they are doing and what to look for, AI on its own builds an MVP at best.

The code and architecture are disasters and will not scale properly. Often times it's got architecture that doesn't even fit properly together.

Nobody who builds those that isn't an engineer understands why that's a problem or what to do to fix it.

And don't even get me started on security.

Not really. Humans are still needed because just because code looks reasonable and works does not equal it belongs in production, maintains the architectural integrity of the overall application, is secure, or doesn't cause other tradeoff problems that the AI didn't consider. The AI is good at implementing a solution but not very good at understanding the context as a whole. And that's not something that will improve all that quickly if at all. Essentially think of the AI as someone who wants to drive very fast but is very good at steering. Without humans setting guardrails the AI will quickly go off the road and crash the car. And to be able to actually set guardrails, you actually have to understand system architecture and design principles.

This just tells me you don't understand how software actually gets written and what goes into all of the concerns of a software engineer. Things that we worry about, most people don't even know about or have any idea how that relates to the overall application.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
