"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I put myself out there, I do the online thing, every single chick I've dated since my ex has been a higher quality woman, I don't feel the same way about any of them as I did with her. We were mutually attracted to each other and in love, as love as a borderline woman could be anyway.

I've taken my game to a new level and Ive been with some beautiful women, Im the definition of alpha (not always but overall this year Im dam proud of myself...I very very rarely get hung up on chicks. Only 1 this year to date ) But that doesnt change the fact that Im not happy at all with my love life. I have a bunch of useless contacts in my phone of *****es I could give two ****s about, other than banging.

I just want to be accepted, and loved by a woman Im extremely attracted to who stays loyal to me. Im so ****ing tired of spinning plates and all this bull****. And sometimes I cant help but feel like dating a BPD has made me part borderline myself. I find myself losing attraction and interest in women overnight, the moment I have them.

Give me another borderline...I dont give a **** if I was walking on eggshells 90% of the time the other 10% of the time it was damn worth it.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

It's never worth it to walk on eggshells. If you can't be yourself and someone love you for that then it's not right.

I've been there bro- depression hits in funny ways. It may be another year but you WILL find someone. Giving up means you WON'T.

It takes time but sooner or later you need to realize that it will come. You'll find someone attractive, funny who loves you for who you are.

You build that bond, it doesn't happen over night, just like you did with your EX. Stop thinking that bond will be there from the start.
