"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

So I did the 60 days no contact. My GF at the time and I had been fighting a lot, not seeing eye to eye... Anyways after those 60 days she sends me a text telling me sorry for what she has done etc. How she loves me and if I ever put down my pride, to call her that she would marry me etc. I meet up with her for a drink just to see her and see how she is doing...

I dont want her back but will always love her, no matter what I think about her a lot but know she makes me absolutely miserable and cant give me what I want... This is crazy!
So I have a few drinks and this girl is real difficult as in she is not a slut, barely has slept with guys.

I ask her if shes been with anyone, FULLY expecting a NO... She paused and I prowed it out of her. She said yes. I was shocked my heart dropped. She said she did it to get over me and to fill the whole blah blah... She would never talk to him again... Anyways...

I am pretty sure today I am going to tell her that just isnt the one for me and unable to make me happy. That even if I wanted to I really cant see past another D*** in her... I have been with maybe 5 women since our split but of course I said no.

She wants to work it out, but we have gone down this path before and it is just unhealthy... I love the girl... But I need to contact for a year or something. I was so hurt by hearing she was with someone else, and bothered for a few days, but now I am doing ok and realizing that this is LIFE and it moves on.

Any other way to help me through all this and what should I do?

Thanks!

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Why pretend that you were a celibate 12 year old in her 60 day absence?

This 'sickness' you have felt since you heard she pounded a guy, should be her feeling she isn't good enough because you were off enjoying other, better, chicks.

Instead you look like you were pining for her forever. I don't get it.

Don't be a CHUMP and take her back. Tell her you had fun being with her but, its time for me (you) to move on. CASE CLOSED.
