“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

I was just curious. I walk pretty much six days a week back and forth to school and work for several miles and then hop on buses and trains to get around in the city. Those of you who've been working out for quite a while, do you think regular walking, (if you haven't done much cardio in a while) is good for your heart as well and can help prevent heart disease? How about if you go to the gym at least three days a week to lift weights and work out without necessarily doing cardio...is that any good for your heart either?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Well, to an extent.

But to answer the question, yes, walking is good for your heart. It builds up your cardiovascular strength which will cause you a butt load fewer problems than you would if you never exercised. Plus, you won't get winded walking up the stairs.

Walking has been shown to cause certain types of cancer in lab rats and should be avoided at all costs...... Or maybe that was tobacco
