not quite sure why the industry still promotes this. being that overweight is NOT healthy. Do you know how much bariatric surgery has grown in the past couple of years? Exponentially.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
Curvy, Thick, REAL, goddamitt even voluptuous means FAT LAND WHALE nowadays… Why can’t we call it ANNOREXIC - SKINNY – HEALTHY - OBESE - MORBIDLY OBESE or as per the medical industry standard terms.
What really fvcks me off is that I am fat at the moment with a BMI of 22% 2 days ago, after my Christmas gorging. My personal trainer and I know that to pay for my autumn/winter 2013 (off season) I have to train 3 days a week from now, with him; then follow a set diet so I can be around 12% and still muscular by summer. So I train and I diet and I accept that I have to because inside I am a greedy bastard who yo yo diets. I make no excuses for being fat in the winter and I make no excuses for not being in shape for the summer. I know it’s not the ideal lifestyle stress on my body etc. but it’s how I cope with my glutton for now. I f I stayed fat, or got fatter; I know 100% that my options start to dwindle, so I get on with fixing my sh1t…
But for women, NO! Let’s just tell men what is attractive and ‘normal’ instead of changing ourselves (like men have to) let’s just change the men by constantly bombarding them with obese images until they eventually believe it is the norm.. Time to wake up b1tches, all you have to do to get attention and get bought loads of free sh1t is to put down the fvcking fork….
