“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

That's a huge red flag here.

and no it shouldn't be rape. A woman can change her mind in the middle of sex but she has already consent to it.

"The courts got it wrong then, and they are getting it wrong now," said Feit, who has followed the Maryland case. "There is no way that anyone is ever going to convince me that a five-second delay is first-degree rape."

I agree.

So does that mean, if I spank a woman's ass during sex, she can sue me for first degree assualt if she didn't like it? I guess the only way to protect one self these days is to secretly tape the sex act as proof. Which will exonerate you of a rape charge but then you will be found guilty of illegal wiretapping (then again the jury might think you are a pervert and throw the book at you).

Other way you are screwed!

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

the thing that urks me the most is they even have "sexual consent" forms that even LIST all the things that you plan to do. both parties sign.

now lets assume this was a part of the equation and both parties signed, then she said NO GET OFF ME. and the consent for was already signed. on these forms there are "safety words" that you use for the other party to know when to stop.

but assume it took him/her 5 seconds to get off her/him. whats the difference.

this scenerio and motives behind this women are ridicoulous.

I think discussing this is rediculous but this women planned to cry rape before she even started because of her history with the guy.

With that being said, if a women told me to stop, I wouldn't. However its all about how you carry yourself. I've actually had this happen. Everything was fine in the future with this women.

Again its a respect thing and what you expect from women. I don't carry on with women who act like the one in the OP. Why, because I judge people based on how they carry themselves, those exact same judgements that I was talking about in Keto's thread.

People don't understand the value in psychology and how much you can derive from it. I've done alot of crazy sh1t in my day, hung around with some crazy people but I've never been burnt because of it because of (A) my relationship with them and (B) my expectations & demands and (C) I don't do anything significant if I don't have enough trust in the people.

Yep. They didn't even question's this woman's character.

The case stems from a December 2003 incident in which he and a friend, both high school students, had sex with a community college student in an isolated school parking lot.

First, Wilson had sex with the woman while Baby was outside the car.

Tag team sex with two highschool students huh? in a parking lot huh? Yep lets not question her judgement but blame it all on the guys. This has the drunken girl syndrome who regrets her own sexual deeds written all over it and now she is looking for her own personal justice so in her mind she can be cleansed of her slvt behaviour.

let me present the question in another way:
if a 16 yr old boy and a 18 yr old girl go to the bank, and they joke about robbing the bank in the parking lot, and then agree to rob the bank together, and start robbing the bank... if the 18 yr old adult girl says "nevermind lets stop" and it takes the boy 5 seconds to drop his gun too...
which one is charged with attempted bank robbery ?
the 16 yr old boy for taking 5 seconds longer in reflex time to drop his gun?
or the 18 yr old adult girl for talking him into it?
or will they both be charged?
Yeah this girl conspired to be raped. I'm serious. The fact is if you give consent to sex then there's an understanding that you are consenting to something that last an indeterminate time. Sure you have a right to stop but not based on a certain number of seconds. The fact is he stopped in a timely manner. That's not rape, that's a misunderstanding. She has to be some kind of psycho.

Yep it's just an example of no matter how ridiculous and even sexist a woman's perogative is, her perrogative is the law. It's total BS that the defense can't bring in evidence that would suggest she's a lying, malicious and scandalous person who can't be believed.

I've been with several women and in none of those cases did I get into a logical discussion about having sex, consent, and the like. Getting into a logical discussion about having sex is not how women work sexually in the first place. It's more like a guy makes a physical move and she openly accepts it or she doesn't. And like you pointed, the discussion and the signed form wouldn't be worth anything anyway.

I guess as niave as I'am, I would have ended up in the pokey.

If I was having fun and she was enjoying herself most of the night with each others company. I would have taken the statement as some kind of role playing or a way for her to enjoy the experience more. Like maybe she would be on the verge of the big O and want to stop to to make it more intense when she tells you to start humping like a rabbit again........................Ummm.

A state in America that'll unmercifully leave you
I know, I seen this on the news a few days ago, it disturbed me. I was actually gonna start a thread about it, but forgot to. 5 seconds, give me a f*ckin' break! What a complete joke! It's unreal. People are so f*cked up, I don't even have words for it. It really disturbs me greatly how this jury can convict someone in this instance and not have a heart. I hope with all my heart, energy, and soul that karma(punishment)comes back to bite every person that took part in convicting this guy. People's heads are so far up their a**ses and in the gutter, it's very sad. Men have it hard enough in this world with women, you think people would be more empathetic..if women had to walk in our shoes and live our lives, they would crumble very early on.

I have been raped several times by women apparently when they were on top and I told them stop.

i demand attention, zoloft, and psychologists plz.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Do not be so NAIVE.

This is how the MEDIA portrayed the case.

The way to really know is to look at the transcipts. The PROSECUTION win at trial 98% of the time. This is a TRUE statistic. The reason why they do is before they INDICT, they bring the case to the GRAND JURY to see if it is an acceptable INDICTMENT. They do extensive due diligence.

The PROSECUTION will do everything in their power not to LOSE so before they bring an actual case to the INDICTMENT level, they are EXTREMELY confident of victory based on the facts vs law.

As far as we are concerned, he MAY have raped the girl .The media often blows it way out of context.

They can indict anyone. What are you saying, the prosecution is always right? It comes down to interpreation of the law. And in this case the law is unreasonable and gives a woman and the prosecutor too much discretion.

The news has lawyers providing legal analysis of the case. And they said the testimony suggested she consented then told him to stop and he did after 5 seconds. Anyway, as far as I'm concerned I presume innocent till proven guilty. And even then I don't have to agree with the finding of a court case. So I chalk this one up to most likely an unjust prosecution.

there was this 16 yr old guy who was in his backseat with an 18 yr girl. According to the female she said that he raped her.

now this is the reason why this story is being presented for discussion is because of HOW this went down.

All according to the female, she stated that she gave consent to have sex with him. then she said that before they started having sex that "if i tell you to stop then you have to stop".

so they started to have intercourse and then she said she asked him to stop. which he did stop, but it took him 5 seconds (all according to female) to stop.

based on this, the female told the courts that he raped her because he did not stop until AFTER the 5 seconds.

the courts convicted him with rape based on this information.

what do you thiink about this ? i would also like to hear the womens point of view on this matter.

IMO i believe that 5 seconds does not justify him being sent to jail and being labeled a rapest. hell, it takes me 5 seconds just to make sure she actually said stop.

but the craziest part about this to me, is the women actually consenting originally, and then deciding to have him convicted on rape charges over 5 SECONDS..

if a man went to court with this it would be laughed out of court.
Daven, do you know the name of this case? I'm guessing it's American?

You have to bear in mind that what constitutes guilt, in the eyes of the law, can and does differ at times from what you and I might see as guilt. I'd be interested to read the facts of the case (as interpreted by the trial court judge).

This entire thing sounds very wrong. But before I say anything more, I'd like to get more info.

Also, depending on the locale, shouldn't SHE be charged with statutory rape? The guy is 16, she's 18.

this is a very good point.

but MY argument isnt saying that "is it considered rape if it was 5 seconds later" or not. IMO it isnt but thats not what i think is disturbing.

MY argument is that this women felt "obligated" and didnt "hesistate" to scream RAPE.

she consented and with this consent wouldnt she think that 5 seconds to withdraw is sufficient?? wouldnt a jury think this as well??

the biggest issue that i have is HE STOPPED! Its not like he pinned her down and forced her. she said stop and he did. she is calling rape on the 5 seconds it took him to stop.

Congrats on understanding this. The biggest hypocrisy is the Government. Justice yet unjust.

They do have ALL the power. And if they want you, no matter how innocent or rich you are, they will INDICT you and win. You have only limited capital to defend your case against their unlimited capital provided by your taxes.

Do not be so judgemental or NAIVE to believe what you watch on TV. Cause there are guys like me with attornies like mine that will you give the other side of the story. Not to say , I was guilty , however the MEDIA will make a mountain out of an ant hill.

And innocence to you has nothing to do with the LAW.

If these are the REAL facts of the case, which I doubt.

And the STATE law for example states if a woman says NO , you must retract; then the all the defense would need to do is open her up and show some PAST slanderous history. Then go on to say this is an act of vengeance. As well state, he retracted immediately.

It seems too WEAK a case to be the way the MEDIA portayed it. It as well, it not a case the PROSECUTION would normally undertake unless of course the prosecutor is a newbie or cowboy.

The guilty verdict ultimately is what makes me question the veracity of how the media portrayed the facts of this case.

depends on the state.
some states you both must be 18.
other states you can be 17 or 16 and be able to sleep with anyone of any age.
other states you can be 15 and sleep with a 17 yr old but if you sleep with an 18 yr old then they can be in trouble.
some states you can be 14 and sleep with anyone you want.

i guess i should remind everyone to check their own state out on :
