I came across this Six Star Muscle Fuel Creatine at Walmart but wanted to check here first before I buy with you all if you believe it is OK. I googled and it showed up at Bodybuilding.com so I'm thinking it must be OK but I might be naive too.

Thanks for your input.

I'm not going to tell you whether its okay or not. You have to make that decision yourself. Yes, you are a naive tool. Do some reading on the hazards and benefits of any strange substances before puuting them in yor body.

I could sell you lead powder and say it makes your muscles like steel. I'm sure I could convince you to buy it.

Go over to T-Nation or Iron Addicts and run a search.

@ Lonesilver,

I would suggest trying creatine if you;

-go to the gym all the days you are scheduled to

-diet hardcore

Personally for me,I swore creatine mono did nothing for me....BUT I thought that Kre-Alkalyn did work for me,until I decided to stop taking it and nothing changed=did nothing for me as well.

http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/phy/kre.html

That is an EXCELLENT price on a product that alot of people in bodybuilding swear buy. By the way all Kre-Alkalyn is the same,it's patented, so don't be fooled by the prices.

Hope you find what you are looking for!

Try the funky crap afetr you get on monohydrate. If it doesn't work, then find a creatine that responds.

Don't waste money. Use monohydrate if possible. Most of these super-duper creatines are complete crap. There's less than a handfull of variations that actually have any effect.

Monohydrate is the best so far.

I bought a creatine from Wal-Mart one time and it was crap. It didn't cost much and it showed too, so I took it back. I recommend this kind below though. It's the best kind I have ever taken. AST Micronized Creatine Monohydrate. If you buy it, don't but it from their website though. Google it and you can find it much cheaper on discount sites.

I buy BodyFortress from Wal-Mart. I haven't gained weight since I switched from ON Whey, but my diet hasn't changed either. It's all speculation, bro. Nobody really tests it out. You could end up getting what you pay for, or you could end up getting a great deal. I'd suggest getting High Power CEE or Micronized Creatine since it's cheap and tested from people.

That's because creatine is not a building block for muscle. Its an energy source. It helps you get one or two reps above what you normally can do.

You switched from whey to creatine thinking to gain? LOL.

It doesn't work that way. They are two entierly different things.
