Is this an excuse or truth.

Here's the story:

-I'm at my friend's house with two other guys and a girl
-This girl thinks I'm cute and wants to makeout.
-I'm getting drunk as the night goes on.
-Finally we start kissing because the other two guys left the room.
-They come back and we stop.
-I don't remember what happens, but the other two guys and the girl are in another room talking, I'm watching t.v. on the couch, wasted.
-I tell my friend to have the girl come back but he says she doesn't want to.
-He tells me she said I was too drunk and she didn't want to anymore.
-The girl makes out with my friend who brought the alcohol for awhile, longer than she did with me.
-This guy was drunk but wasnt acting like it, he had drank before so he could "hold himself" better.

So I'm just wondering if "being to drunk" was the reason why she didn't want to do anything. She definately wanted to and said I was cute.

slut. girls like that me and my buds call 'passovers'...you mess around, in ten minutes its over and you pass her on. being too drunk is a popular reason with girls, and unless you did something stupid (give her way too much attention etc) it was probably true. dont go broken hearted over it.

She was being quiet while we were drinking and she kept asking my friend "why wont he kiss me".

And we only kissed for a short time... like a few minutes?

well thats the lesson of the girl going for the guy who doesnt want her. its clear now...you wanted her, she got bored, went for the guy who didnt give a shiit.

But whatever. I do have a question though. Before I got drunk we were all on the couch and she wasnt talking like at all. It was awkward and I didnt know how to start a conversation or move by her without making it weird.

How do I get close to a girl when it's like this?

I think you guys need to get out more, I mean you go to a club and girls will kiss you before they know your name sometimes. It doesn't really matter. I mean some of you guys seem to approach every girl as a possible g/f.

You all seem to be just trying to be DJ's instead of being PUA(Pick-up Artists) and DJ's.

To everyone who posted to forget about her becuase she is a slut is going to lose so many hookups in their life that they could have had its not even funny.

I should've mentioned a few other things. I had no intentions of dating this girl, hell I might not ever see her again. So I'm kinda pissed that I screwed the chance to kiss her any longer than we did. My friend lives an hour's drive away from my house <_<.

And I'm not old enough to go clubbing. I can't say my age because of things that are illegal and legal...

But my question is, in a generic situation. What would be the best way to get a girl to talk more and open up? Just be goofy/ funny? I can do that I just need to be not be shy

oh dont underrate sluts, theyre lifesavers. he just wanted to know why she was making out with him and then making out with another guy minutes later

I also have to add, my friend just told me some stuff that I don't remember at all. So I really don't remember the whole situation with the girl. We could have been going at it for 1-30 minutes.
