"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

me and this girl hand been talking and hanging out for a bit, she started asking more about me and it was obvious her IL was rising fast. Went on a official date and it was nice said she had a great time bleh bleh. week later hadn't talked but felt like she was taking shots on social media(friend zone comments). we just talked and she seemed annoyed and more social media jabs "just let it go"... am i completely ****ed for this situation or if i just cut all contact is there possibility to save something

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

the first was something about the friend zone an people taking it out of context and the other was just let it go

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

She says let it go but IMO I'd use this as an excuse to escalate. I'd meet up and kiss her. Start with a peck on the lips and grab her ass then pull back a little.

Ask her out. Don't worry so much about the context of what she's saying. Women say one then when they mean another. Judge her actions not her words.

Why do you read the crap she writes on social media anyway? Just ask her out again and see if she says yes. Then you gotta kiss her.
let me give a more accurate timeline.. i'm a newbie soo excuse my afc mistakes...

when on the date played disinterested and she tried to make sure i was(good), held hands but didn kiss her(rookie mistake i know), she said she hand a good time, took her back to her place and when home to charge my phone before i headed back out.

when charging my phone i was checking twitter and social media looking for the next move for the night. i came across her twitter and saw her RT a comment about being in the friend zone. i ignored it, went out, drank (usual s**t).

the next night said since she had a good time we should do it again she said "sure dude". i said you don't sound enthused so we don't have to(stupid of me). week goes by don't talk, see her around she's very flirty(pushing me and touching my clothes) say don't be a stranger an walk away.

5 days later asks if she want to meet up she says cool and we joke a round a bit, but then (BIGG FVCKING MISTAKE ALERT) i took it too far and said something like "you should be interested and if not you will be" to which she countered i suppose nothing is impossible.

(it gets worse) i asked if she was curving(like rejecting in a sense) me then proceeded to send the definition of what it was... "i suppose it was" she says, then heads back to social media to say "just let it go".. so instead of taking it further down the hole of AFCdom i just ask is it me of have things been kind of awkward... she said she guesses, and that they've been(which is how it started)..

soo now writing it out it seems extremely comical in a not-so-funny kind of way... i just wouldn let my ego go out without a flame...
so am i screwed completely in this

What i got from the story:

Met a girl. Didnt escalate and showed disinterest. Date ended , no kiss close. See her facebook/twitter about her saying something about being friend zoned. I get insecure and say stupid things.

Stop doubting yourself and asking so many desperate questions. You missed a lot of flirting oppurtunities as well. I would withdraw attention since you blew it.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Dude, you acted like a weak little AFC you are. Women love dominant men. If you had your hand on her waist you should have went in for the kill asap. ie kiss her, maybe put your hand in between her legs and start rubbing her cvnt. If she accepts then you should fvk her that night. If not then back off and move on. This is aggression to the max. this way you dont end of thinking about what you did and posting stupid questions like this on SS.
