I'm assuming there isn't but I figured I'd ask anyway. Xanax is a perscription drug that calms your nerves quickly. Anything like this that's natural?
Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.
I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.
Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules. Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
Valerian root can be harsh on your liver, and Chamomile makes you sleepy.Paradox said:Valerian root and I think Cammomile.
Benzos might help the nerves, but you might also need something else, i think they are called "beta blockers" for the physical symptoms.San Jose California said:Does anyone think that it would be a good idea for someone who really sucks at giving presentations, to take a Xanex right before a presentation? As in he sweats/face turns red, would it help that?
If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.
Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.
This will quickly drive all women away from you.
And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.
Never heard of that one. Is it like Xanax or more like Zoloft/Lexopro? Any bad side effects?STR8UP said:I take Clonazepam for anxiety and to help me sleep. It's the best drug in the world....I just wouldn't use it any more than you have to or you MIGHT become addicted to it. I think the addiction thing is blown way out of proportion, but I only take about 1/3 of what the doc actually prescribes me just to make sure I don't build a tolerance or any sort of "addiction".
