“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I was friendzoned by my oneitis when I went to visit her. So I decide to stop talking to her (NC basicslly) 1 month and I didn't get a reply or nothing.

Then I decided to send her a message: happy birthday. Nothing more nothing less. She has repond saying thanks. The thing is, she sent me a message on my timeline asking if I had anything plans for my birthday coming up in a few days. Its been a week and I havent responded. Like in my opinion if the girl was sincere about knowing my whereabouts for my birthday, she could call, text, even set a private message but she did it on the open on Facebook.

Should I keep the no contact or communicate to her ?

If she calls, texts or messages, after you didn't respond, she knows she'll come off as needy, which she will try to avoid.

You really need to make yourself more clear - the point of NC is to get over someone. Do you want to get over her? If so, start again, counting from the day after when you messaged her happy birthday, and don't break this time.

It sounds like she was just making small talk, which girls are of course wont to do. Maybe her social circle is a bit dry and she's fishing for an invite to any big birthday night out you have planned. But since she "friendzoned" you once already I'd have to advise just going through with NC and getting busy with other things.

I guess you are right, I'm trying to get over her and I feel better about the whole situation. I guess she want it to be even because I wish her happy birthday... It's still a break of NC and I'm not proud of it. She probably doesn't really care about me, so I will ignore.
