“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Im asking cause Im experimenting something on me which seems to work, what I do is actually cutting carbs completely after 6pm while eating till satisfaction as long as the meal is proteins and fats.

I eat lot of carbs at morning once waken up, then some for lunch and immediately post workout and Im noticing no lost of muscular mass while at the same time the fat decreate is appreciable in weeks.

Sure I dont look pumped up as when I was free on carbs but my muscle still keep size and are more visible.

All the carbs that I cutted out have been replaced from fats, for example my dinner today has been 300gr beef+ 100gr sausages with about 80gr mayonaisse.

And I have no shortage of energy plus I sleep better at night.

Weight is not that different but I can see the difference in my belly and jaw line, needless to say t-shirts size is the same while trousers need all a belt.

Likely due to insulin response by the body...ie, no insulin being secreted=fat burning mode. You would likely get even better results by eating the carbs at night when the body is more insulin sensitive.

Also a good approach is to eat virtually all carbs in either preworkout meal or postworkout meal, when the body will store them as glucose rather than fat...

indeed on that last part! The body needs carbs after workout and before (for energy). I usually take 2 tablespoons of peanutbutter before workout and have wheat bread and veggies post.
