"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Hey there,

As we know the thing is about being a challenge for a women, in order to keep all the attraction and prevent it from dying. Being overly-nice and caring result's in loss of attraction, interest and finally relationship end's and we mostly get DUMPED. So being sweet with your girl friend also a mistake? All the time sweet, lovely behavior but at the same time being scarce also. That's fine?

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

In general:

Nice = friend.
Sweet = lover.

At the highlight of a recent relationship (6 months ago today on V-day) she said "Why are you so sweet? You're too sweet!" and that was the moment she started gushing romance, even calling me when she got home that night.

Just don't overdo it.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Yes, actually. But its the challenge you need to maintain. As well as showing attractive traits in general. It's a difficult balance. I honestly think most people become *******s because its easy and effective. They wouldn't be doing it if it didn't benefit them. Damn all them spoiled people, and their laziness. I find it more effective to be a decent guy with some game. Only crazy people like *******s, anyway. Being sweet or nice or being called those things was never a bad thing, or turn off. You just have to be sexual, assertive, interesting, etc on top of it. Be sweet moreso in your personality than giving or doing too much. Over-availability is never good.

Strive to strike an equal balance, 50%-50%.

what if you are in relationship with the GF and practically living together, then what? How do you limit over-availability!

My last oneitis started calling me "so nice" at a certain point. The hair on the back of my neck stood up. Time to start bustin' this b1tches balls, i thought to myself. And i did. And it was good.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Eh... Dunno. If its good, then its good. Most of this stuff is to attract someone into wanting a relationship, or whatever your intentions are. A lot of people can't get to that point. Being in a relationship and living together already is different. It also varies on the person, but generally you wont be in an LTR without that compatibility already in place. Most people who spend a lot of time together prefer it that way; they're already in love; blah blah blah.

The men women call assh*les are ones they once called sweet who didn't call them back, not men who deliberately acted like assh*les. That routine won't get you far.

That's why you should never say "I don't want to talk to you again". A player would be telling her "Sure, I'll call you next week..." while never talking to her again (doing versus saying).

Right on the money. Or ones who acted sweet in the beginning - only to change once the target was caught / controlled. Being an ******* doesn't attract anyone except the crazies. Seriously.

The whole ******* thing is way overblown, and women exaggerate greatly when complaining about someone. All you hear is the bad, based on their negative feelings at the time. So, they say this person is an *******, and complain about them non-stop. It's just emotions and ranting. Doesn't mean anything, and isn't true. They're probably not even real *******s.

But, these same people will almost always say the person was nice in the beginning - when the other person genuinely is an *******.

This is how people - especially those with low self esteem - get caught up in *******s. They think they can change them back into how they were in the beginning, and can't stop thinking of how perfect they were - when it was all just a charade. They're just being jerked around, and played like fools. Subtle control and manipulation is common. They'll make it seem like its the targets fault for them becoming *******s - when its what they were all along - and they also mess with their emotions, make threats, prey on their insecurities, etc. They're good actors, and look for easy prey to deceive. Most of them play the role of a nice guy, actually. A wolf in sheep's clothing, if you will.

People always fall in love with the nice guy or girl. It just so happens that a lot of times, these aren't nice people. They're jerks pretending to be nice - only to reveal their true colors later. And that's when people try to change them - not realizing its who they were all along.

Both men and women do this, by the way. I've had men complain about these same things that women did. "She was so nice in the beginning... Why can't she just love me like I love her... Blah blah whine cry *****". Most of the people who STAY with the *******s are usually messed up, though. They are also attracted to the dysfunctional nature of them, so they're by no means innocent. Most of them avoid genuinely nice people, because they like the spice and craziness - only to complain about it constantly.

If someone is into *******s - just save yourself the trouble, and get the hell out. Being the nice guy won't accomplish ****, because if they genuinely wanted one, they'd be with one. They'd rather complain about the same drama they put themselves in. Not worth it. And its not worth it to be an ******* just to attract some lunatic who's just going to cause problems and make your life a living hell. It's better to find a sane person who likes decent guys. But that doesn't mean you can't tease, flirt, act sexual, poke fun, etc. If you have to insult, neglect, control, abuse, however, then she's probably crazy, or a ***** herself. Or a crazy *****.
