“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I was reading this, and it got me thinking.

https://medium.com/@IjeomaOluo/im-s...-my-fat-body-is-going-to-kill-me-e5af875b5315
I was a teenager the first time that I was told that my body was going to kill me. Right as I was entering adulthood I was informed that because my mom had type 2 diabetes, my dad had type 2 diabetes and my grandpa had type 2 diabetes, I was pretty much guaranteed to have type 2 diabetes.
When I could no longer handle the battle - when I missed being someone not at war with myself, I gained weight, confidence, and happiness. But there is no permanent victory to be had with body positivity or fat acceptance, not when society is doing everything they can every day to resurrect your battle with yourself.
Every single doctor’s appointment I have to decide to get on that scale. If I get on that scale, the conversation (no matter what I’m there about) will revolve around my weight and the early demise it surely represents. If I don’t get on that scale, I’ll have to justify it.

“What do you mean you don’t do weigh ins?” the doctor or nurse invariably asks.

“I don’t. It is not healthy for my mental well-being,” I explain.
The most depressing line, however, is this:
I had just finished giving birth.
Until men stop fvcking fatties, they will always fvcking be around!

They do mass up in the usa #1 country for fatties followed by mid-east countries.

Some woman really have a body change after birth

I can only date à chick who take care of her body.

Alot is due to genetic but like in everything you control it.

I am à big guy. All muscles, cause I said to myself I wont be fat.

Myself cannot respect someone who isnt taking care of himself.

Shaming them wont help you, but definitely if they dont take care of themselves no matter the reason... how will they react to anything positive? Probably badly so they aint worth à look

The Main concern about males or females being overweight is that they will most likely need joint replacements in their knees and possibly the hips later in their life. It is usually some amount of long term physical damage depending on how long they're overweight. Our bone structure is only designed to handle a certain amount of weight in a healthy manner.
If you're concerned about her health and the verbal delivery is right, I don't see a problem, but her take on it will probably be different if she wants to feel like being your victim.
Bottom line, telling her is a 50/50 gamble.

Lol, entitlement runs deep!!! ...deep into the gallon ice cream carton!

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

What shocks me is how easy it is to loose weight...for me, counting and cutting calories and carbs, works.. But, most people have no self control, or math skills. They just want to eat whatever, then they end up with a "whatever" body, and point the finger at anything but themselves.

Fat people are fat. That means they don't wanna work out, they don't wanna be healthy. In the animal kingdom, they would have died already by natural selection. Fat, sick, etc. In the human world, they live and have even created this "body shaming" thing to keep themselves shielded from any criticism of their seemingly open carelessnes. I ain't dating anyone fat. **** them.

I recall going to a theater performance and I was sitting in the aisle seat. This fat woman needs to get into the center portion, so I had to get out in the aisle to let her in, part way in...there was a row of fat chicks that had realized THAT woman couldn't get past THEM to HER seat. So...about 3 of them had to get out into the aisle to let the initial fat chick in

And these women will only date guy with washboard abs? lol
