I can't approach a Freshman girl that I like. On top of that, she seems to have a group of Sophomore friends (like me), none of which I know. So on top of her and her firend following each other everywhere, she sometimes talks to Sophomores I don't know. I know some Freshman girls that probably know her, but it's not DJ to set stuff up. Any advice?

That's PERFECT. Hangout with the Freshman Girls that know her. Eventually, she is bound to your group. When she does, it's an easy way of meeting her.Nobody said:
A simple opener when she joins your group would be "Hey, I don't think I've seen you around. What's your name?"
