You mean gain muscle?
For stamina, general endurance work will help far more than a temporary boost from steroids.
That and a good zinc supplement. Helps with testosterone production, especially if you don't get enough zinc in your diet.

Depends on you how you define "stamina".
If you're talking about muscular/cardiovascular endurance and conditioning, the answer in my opinion is a resounding "no"... AAS will help you get bigger but will not help w/ cardiovascular conditioning. If anything they will probably detract from your conditioning as when you are heavier your heart and lungs will have to work harder to move around more mass.
You need to qualify your question a bit more and define what you mean by "stamina" before we can help you.

If you're defficient with some kind of vitamin, your body will compensate. Usually by slowing you down. If for example, you don't get enough B-vitamins in your diet, you're slow and lethargic. B-vitamins (along with other ones) are used for metabolizing energy. A blood test by your doctor can determine if you're deficient for whatever reason.
If you're going to put anything in your body, then do your homework and get a high quality supplement from a reputable company with quality control... that means nothing made in China.

Have you gotten blood work done recently? gotten ng/dl test/free test level reports?
How's your diet/training? Have you lifted consistently for years and know how your body works and what works for you in regard to nutrition/training?
IF you can answer all the above with confidence go ahead and research about gear. Yet don't dive head first if you don't know a thing about nutrition/training as it will be a huge waste of money.

How about you f*ckin' man up and actually get in there and do some hard work like the rest of us, rather than looking for an easy way out.
Sure, there's nothing wrong with steroids in moderation, but it will be a waste of time if your training and nutrition plan is flawed or even worse, not in place.
