"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Is it supposed to be known to the girls you are interested in that you like them?

I don't think I come off as obvious, but my friends were talkign to this girl I'm interested in and she asked them (I wasn' around, btw) why they didn't dance with her at the party a few nights ago and she guessed it was because one of their friends liked her (btw, I did not give them the dumb idea of not dancing with her cus I like her, but they did know I do). Then she said "well, if someone likes me, I think it's Justin"

Didn't give a reason why and according to my friends she didn't say she DIDN'T like me.

Also, with this other girl I'm interested in, her friend asked if I had a thang for her. Same with another girl.

How do I make it not so obvious? I mean, I don't follow them around or anything like that, I just flirt with people. Is it OK to be obvious or what?

BTW: My friends covered for me somewhat and said she was wrong....

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

why is it a bad thing that she knows? the truth is generally preferable to lies in this sort of thing.

If you're interested you want them to know. They don't have to know "how" interested, and if they also like you, it will make their feelings even stronger knowing you feel the same way (but they still don't know how much, which you can use to your advantage by not spilling your guts).

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

it is not really a bad thing but try to turn it round so that although you may be a little interested she still has to qualify herself to you.

This all goes back to the "being the prize" mentality.

If you have actually made yourself into the confident, witty guy you're supposed to, these things will fall into place.

When you get to that point, yes, you will want girls to know something. But that something is this:

You want them to think: "OMG....omg, omg omg Balla_Baby_69 just talked to me....omg....omg omg omg *5 mins later* ...omg...omg...I don't know...does he really like me? I mean he was talking....to ME! I couldn't really tell though because he was acting all confident and suave and shyt...what if he's like this with all the girls....wait, there he is talking to Suzie! Omg....he's like a pimp daddy, but maybe he really liked me! Omg omg omg...*panties begin to soak*...omg I better go stand over there so he has to walk by me again....maybe he'll ask me for my number! Omg omg..."

You get the point. THAT is how women should react when you talk to them. It shouldn't be too obvious that you're into them. But you should let them wonder. Women love mystery. When you create mystery, you create allure. This gets women thinking about you in a positive way.

Of course that reaction is contingent upon you having your shyt together. That's why you hear guys here talk about "Inner game" and how this site is about more than just one-liners.

Yeah, you want them to know. You want them to know you might give up some of your precious time to take her out, if she's good enough. You also want her to know you are willing to walk away .

You don't want, "yeah baby balla likes me, I've got him under my thumb, he'll do anything I want"
