"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

I've got The Art of Seduction, The Art of War, The 48 Laws of Power and The Game all on quasi-display on a bookshelf under my TV.

A female friend of mine just moved into the place, is it really smart to have those books lying around?

She just asked me today hanging out what kind of books I read, I didn't go into detail but I told her about Pimp: Story of my life by Iceberg Slim.

I known her for years but I don't really want to be in the danger of having anyone project negative qualities like narcissism or a tendency to manipulate onto me because I'm reading books like that.

What do you guys do with your PUA books? Should I just consider them Man-books and leave them on display, or should I become more modest and keep them more private?

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Well you can do two things...get rid of them/hide them...or use them to your benefit...if shes asks why u have them tell her...your second job involves helping people learn suducation...helping hopeless guys realize they can have the women of their dreams (aka ur hitch/dating coach) this will raise your value two fold... it shows you have compassion wanting to help others aswell as she knows you are good with women....

just a thought

lol she will laugh at me because she knows I am not a dating coach

Thanks for the advice though. I think I'll leave them on display. As long as it's congruent with my image it's all good. On the other hand, there is Law 30 from The 48 Laws of Power: Make your accomplishments seem effortless, there is also Law 48: Assume Formlessness.

It seems a little risky to me tbh. The Game because I don't want anyone to project that onto me. There could be any type of stupid association with that book because of social stigma. It's a stupid book almost in my own opinion. Perhaps I Could be forgiven because I bought it years ago.

Lol

I used to have Ron Louis & David Copeland's book "How to Succeed with Women", but threw the book away because it was an embarassment.

I have the 48 Laws of Power laying around and so far so good. Understanding power protects you from power, and that's the explanation I would give.
