no you need to weight train while losing weight so when you lose weight you can keep lean muscle mass and actaully build while you are losing weight. some idiots say lose weight then build muscle but while your losing weight you want take in a lot of protein and train the muscles so you dont become real flabby. burn the fat while you build muscle. as the fat comes off from around the muscle you will see more muscle.
