Is it ok to take a week off the gym

im going on vacation and to where i go i dont have a gym nearby is it ok to stop that week and restart with even more determination?

here are some pics of me so you guys can check on what i have to improve, if i need to burn even more body fat. i started a bulking training a month ago, and i can see some results mostly in the biceps and in the chest which is getting wider. also girls seem to look to me more and i feel more confident as well its good when you see results. i also add that im taking creatine and aminoacids.

you should have seen me in february my weight was 182 pounds (83 kilos) and now in the 158 pounds (72 kilos) i think that was quite a fat loss don't you think?

I also wanna add that my height is 1.72 5'6 feet (1.72 meters). do you think i need to put on how many more pounds warboss relating height with weight?
im taking creatine dont you think that solely will up my weight due to muscle building and water retention?

War boss just wants to turn everyone into buff buff boys =P but that's okay!


Imo, you could use a few more lbs of fat loss(possibly 5-10 lbs), but definetely start eating more, I'd say shoot for a goal of 165-175 lbs after fat loss and you'll be rockin'

I wouldn't be too concerned with fat loss though.
