is it normal to party in your 30s?

I've been thinking about this for a while, but usually, the early 20s are typically used as a time period to establish yourself and get ahead as much as possible career wise. yet, it's sort of socially frowned upon to party in your 30s with this being the case. Why? For me, this doesn't really make that much sense.

Instead of trying to get the approval of other people, think about what's good for yourself in the long run.

Most people actually don't care what you do as long as it isn't committing a crime. For those who butt into your business and try to tell you what is appropriate for you, they are pushing an agenda and it's on you to keep your frame.

don't think for one second that this whole "act your age" adage means that you have to comform. it's just a social tool to control people with shame for not being cogs in the machine. it has no real meaning to it.

lets examine the next stage of our life: our 40s and 50s, where "acting our age" means having a fat gut while developing diabetes, man tits, low T, and erectile dysfunction, while being henpecked by a toxic nagging wife who is on the verge of divorcing you. does that sound like a good idea to you? personally I do not plan to act my age and develop diabetes.
