Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

I have a date tomorrow with this girl. However, I just realized, I have an appointment and the weather will be absolutely dreadful anyway.

I was going to text her that I can't make it and to reschedule. Then I realized, I'll see her sometime today in the course of my work. Do I text her or do I do it in person? Which is better? Perhaps it doesn't really matter? Thanks.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Why are you trying to date a co worker? If you see her during the course of the day, I would do it in person. That way you can set something else up faster and maybe use the weather as an excuse to get her over to your place instead. I mean that's what you really want isn't it? Only text when you don't have a chance of personal contact.

Oh, no. She's not a coworker. Far from it. I told her in person anyway and she just suggested we have lunch right then and there so it went well.
