"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

i know normally if you're friendzoned you should cut contact and walk away from the HB as you have no chance of getting any with her. this HB i been seeing has a bf, generally insecure, attention wh0re tendencies too.. keeps saying she wants to be friends and gets p1ssy at me when i say we're not friends. i really should have not bothered seeing after the 1st supposed date as she's just using me for attention. i met with her on sunday to hang out to see if i could make any head way but that's when she gives me the whole friends BS, tbh i dont know if even if she didn't have a bf whether i'd still be friendzoned. she's quite connected around here, knows lots of hot girls, has lots of cousins n family, lots of potential plates. HOWEVER cos i've made it clear i'm interested in her, is she unlikely going to be any help in regards to introductions to her hot friends?

i think she'll just want to keep me around for attention and to be desired, and isn't willing to share that. we met for the 3rd time yesterday and she got angry with me cos i keep making sexual innuendo comments which she finds sleazy, she threatened me with the 'if you make one more comment like that, im leaving' i said 'fine, go' calling her bluff, then we had pretty much silent treatment for next minute or so. she goes 'i can see why u dont have a gf..' i go 'yeah, cos i spend time out with women with bf's..'

we ended it with me saying this is the last time we'll hang out.. calling her bluff. towards the end of me walking her home i could tell she sensed she was losing me so she kino'd me for the first time. when we got to her door and said goodbye she goes 'so is this the last time we'll be out together?' i go 'i dont know, maybe, we'll see..' she then makes a sarcastic mimic of me 'i dont know..' basically throwing a mini strop and then we parted ways. i feel like i should stick to my guns and just leave it unless she contacts me. and if she does, suggest she introduces me to her hot friends. will this look bad if im pursuing her then tryna pursue her friends? it's not my fault she has a bf she loves.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

If she's an attention ***** then NO, because she'll try to keep your attention on her and won't want any of her girlfriends potentially stealing you away.

If she isn't an attention ***** then YES, because if she likes you enough to keep as a friend then she probably thinks that you're a good enough guy for some of her girlfriends and is much more likely to introduce you to them. Heck, she might even encourage it and vouch for you.

I've seen it both ways and the second situation is the only time that it is worth keeping them around. If I had walked away from the second situation then I probably would have never met the chick that I'm seeing now.

ive never been in this situation, but I think anything can happen here.

maybe she has told some of her friends about how she friend zoned you.. and imagine a hot friend of hers knowing all this before she meets you. what kind of impression do you think this would make? but hey, peoples opinions can always change once they actually meet you.

what id do is game some of her friends, and if they know about the whole friend zoning situation theyd probably wonder whats wrong with the HB that friendzoned me. well in your situation they would probably think she friendzoned you because of her bf.. but anyways in my opinion having this HB as a friend has legit potential and opens so many doors. just imagine hanging out with a bunch of em and being seen with all these HBs.

and it would look bad only if you made it obvs that youre pursuing her friends. but i think if you do it properly it would work. cuz think about it, if she can tell youre pursuing her friends, she would probably call you out on it. but if she senses that one or more of her friends might be into you, thats not your fault........ :).

so instead of her using you for attention and to be desired etc etc, use her to meet a ton of HB's and for social proof.

cuz she knows youre interested in her, im really not sure what the result will be. maybe get back on decent terms with her and see?

Canada, eh?
I think you already know what you are doing. She will just get jealous and make sure that everyone of her girlies puts you in the no fu$k-zone. Did you try to make strong physical moves on her or maybe get her drunk?

They will think that you weren't good enough for her, and they don't want her left overs. Not to mention she will give you bad press.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
