"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

How do you know when your becoming confident? What I tried to do when I was really struggling with girls was come on this site every day and read at least one tip, that means in one year you get 365 new weapons in your arsenal! I bet you can think of something you are really good at and feel at ease doing it. I wonder if you could actually emulate that confidence in everything you do or a least just when you talk to women. One thing that I feel helped me become more confident was taking up the sport of Thai Boxing, I never really took it up for that reason, I just wanted to get really fit find a new hobby and if someone told me a year and a half ago that by now I would have stepped in a ring and had a fight infront of 100s of people I would said their mad. When I first stepped into my Muay Thai class I felt sorta embarrised because I had no idea what to do and everyone else seemed to be doing really well at it. Now after doing it for just over a year I actually have people asking me for tips. Its the same with women, the more I talk to them, the better I get at it, its fun! I decided to write this post because I was really bored, hope this helps someone.

how do you know when your becoming confident
When you aren't questioning why you are doing something, or questioning the potential outcome of doing something.

It's like driving a car, when you aren't asking if you should make this turn, instead, you know you can or can't make the turn. It's not a matter of balls or being ****y, because you'll be on the receiving end of a car crash.

Instead, confidence is deprived from knowing what you are doing, knowing where and what to do at the right times and even when you mess up anyways. Like, starting to doing something like that turn and you go "Crap! I shouldn't of turned!", you have the knowledge to speed up or hammer the brakes.

Or, Experience + Control of the Situation = Confidence

Simple and sweet, what I just said is the reason why people confuse grabbing your balls and confidence.

just stare in the mirror and when you find you are saying to yourself... "Damn, that is one hot guy..." you know you have it.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Confidence is when you are attuned with yourself and not being pre-occupied thinking about how others may negatively perceive you.
