Exercise and outdoor activites such as golf and jumping help a lot. Just stay away from digital entertainment and mediums for a while and you will pass the harder stages of the challenge. You'll reach a point where even thinking about doing it makes you feel like a disgusting loser lol.

I would highly recommend going without porn too. It is tough, but definitely worth it. I mean I do have occasional moments of weakness but I try to not let my mind wander when I'm online lol.

Best way to do it is to try to imagine that feeling you get after you've just jacked it to online porn. You know, when you feel like a gross loser and you get up to go to the bathroom to clean yourself off and you feel so much shame. I hate that feeling, so I try to avoid it.

Nofap can be quite the challenge, but it depends how hard you make it upon yourself and how determined you are to overcome your addiction. It boils down to your DEDICATION.

My advice is that you completely shove away any urges. Stop looking at anything that'll turn you on. Block porn sites, stop looking at sexy pictures, etc, etc. And when you DO get horny, occupy yourself IMMEDIATELY. Go outside, play some sports, do whatever you can to OCCUPY yourself. DO NOT TOUCH YOURSELF!!! It's simple, just don't touch yourself. Keep ya hands outta ya pants, and you should do fine.
