Is a husband having sex with wife who is "not of sound mind" rape?

With this case as a precedent, I could feminists claiming that the situation in which a husband & wife are drinking & having sex would be rape since the woman would not be of sober mind! :nervous:

Perhaps in the future the only way a man can claim that he did not rape a woman is if he pays for a pro? :trouble:

That's the way it is in the military. They brief to everyone that no one can consent to sex while they've been drinking. So if you go out to a bar and pick up a woman in the military and you are in the military and you hook up and she has buyer's remorse in the morning, she has grounds to say that you raped her. Total BS I feel like. I could see if she was totally out of it but just drinking 1-3 drinks? I asked the briefer if the man could call it rape also. That didn't go over very well although she did agree that this could happen. I'm very happy I don't have deal with that crap anymore.

It got crazy with stuff like that before I retired. I sincerely hope these concepts are not making their way into the civilian sector. Can you imagine the number of cases that will be in our court systems? There will be tons of women that will have buyer's remorse and there will be countless men whose lives will be ruined if this becomes reality.

Look at it this way, you may ask all 106,000+ members of SS and we all might say a clear cut "no, it's not rape". But all a guy needs is that one Judge who says it is rape to ruin his life.

Yeah, apparently according to the courts it is. Many feminists used to say "All sex is rape". It seems like they would like to have that option legally to throw any guy in jail on a whim. And of course, it's the males who enforce this nonsense.
