Interesting homework assignment

Does any here happen to be a war veteran? Like WW2, vietnam? Probably not, but I have an assignment where I have to find a war vet (on the street, what are the odds of that, and how would I know they are vets anyway) and ask them a few questions.

I doubt this but is anyone here a veteran?

There should be a place where they all hang out. I forget what it's called, but veterans usually hang out together.

I have a surly response rattling around in my head about the lack of knowledge about VFWs but I'm going to let it be.
