Water...

When I am out with a woman and we run out of things to say I talk about water. How every single drop of water on Earth has been around for billions of years. It has been inside millions of people, circled the Earth inside clouds countless times. How each drop of water in an ancient relic that existed before any of us did and will outlive us all.

Or I talk about planets.

Something mysterious, interesting it is all in how you describe it. Plus it shows show smart you are.
