I had horrible sleep... I found this out with a fitness watch. I was going to bed around 10 and waking up at 4 no matter what. I found my sleep was extremely broken and I hardly had any deep sleep or rem.

-no caffeine after 12
- 3-6 grams of glycine an hour before bed
- melatonin
- gaba
- magnesium glycinate

I also get to bed at 830-9pm now and my sleep has dramatically improved. 7:30-9 hours of nearly uninterrupted sleep.

Hi Force Recon,
You may actually be perfectly normal have you considered Bi Phasic Sleep...There is a very interesting BBC article on this at https://www.bbc.com/future/article/20220107-the-lost-medieval-habit-of-biphasic-sleep My Dad insisted sleep was a habit...during his time as a WW11 Anti Aircraft Gunner doing Arctic Convoys he trained himself to thrive on four hours, but as with others like him he had also trained himself to Catnap and a number of times during the Day he would nod off for half an hour and wake refreshed.
