4, Never blame other people. Focus on what you can do. Your circle of control, what you have volition al power over, focus on that, and leave what you can’t control to the wind.
5, Looks matter. Spend time and effort and resources on your looks. Gym membership Personal trainer. Expensive haircut. Nice clothes. Tailor. Personal shopper.
6, An old law that’s been said countless times but here’s a reminder. You are the sum total of the 5 people you spend the most time interacting with.
7, Don’t like that? Change it.
8, Negativity is not attractive to women. Actually, quite the opposite. Positivity and ambition are attractive. Retrain your brain to think positive.
9, Keep a journal. This will make a world of difference. Even start one on this forum if you’re comfortable with that.
10, It takes 21 days to develop a new habit and have it become automatic without thought or much effort or energy to do. This is the pain period. Any new habits you want to incorporate, force yourself to do it for 22 days in a row at around the same place, time, and other factors.
