increasing energy level

I am looking for a way to increase my energy levels throughout the day. I find my energy is the best in the evening hours. but in the morning and early afternoon it's hard to get going. I get a good 8 hours a sleep per night. Iv heard ginseng works pretty good. i have a coffee in the morning too which helps a little bit. Just seeing what types of things i can do to increase overall energy. Thanks.

The best way to increase your energy is to eat every 3 hours,...eat a balnced meal...500-1000 calories depending on what your doing

The best way to increase your energy level is with energy cultivation practices such as Qi Gong and Tai Chi or Yoga. I highly recommend you read more on these topics.

The best way to increase your energy level is either

A) eat more food
B) consume more caffeine

I don't really recommend the latter per se, but it's not entirely detrimental.

Eat healthier. I've had a lot more energy now that my meal is mostly protein shakes, egg whites, and the occasional Subway sandwich.

a good multi-vitamin helped me gain a little more energy. I find if i go out drinking the multi helps you not feel so run down. Yeah caffine is good too.
