“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I've been working out pretty hard lately, and off and on over the year, I get pretty toned but my pecs seem to be defined more towards the lower portion of them but higher up I'd like them to puff out a lot more. Any suggesstion? I got a pre-workout C4, and I'm hoping to use this to increase my max.. but a lot of times i just pick a weight I can handle but struggling a bit and do this with 8 reps... about 6 or 7 times throughout my workout.. I also do flys the same way too..

Should I be hitting a hard max? or what do you guys do.. I also use the static machine a lot because i normally go by myself and don't like benching without a spotter.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I agree with Espi, Flat Bench and Incline Bench will build your chest. I like to stay away from machines though when it comes to compound movements. When you bench with a barbell, you have hold and balance the bar and fight against gravity. VS a machine you just press...

Like Espi also said you only need to do chest 1-2 times a week. If your doing 4x8 on flat bench you need to do the same for incline, keep it even. You will want to lift heavy but, dont overdue it and injure yourself.

Sleep at least 8 hours, eat enough food/protein/carbs, and get enough rest.

The answer is rarely to workout more.

I like to do three sets on a standard bench, then use the smith for two sets taking me to failure. I don't know why I find this helps, but it does. For me at least. Experiment with your routine a little.
