Depends on the state actually. I believe New York the license could be considered marital property considering husband put her through law school. I don’t practice there so I’m not sure. The state I am in this wouldn’t be the case and husband would be fu*ked.

Men really need to do a better job of screening out women. You can not blame women for this... they can not help it. They are emotional creatures and she is biologically, through hundreds of thousands of year of evolution to feel emotional 'love' for any man that can meet her needs. It is how they survive.... so you can not beat up chicks for this... it is how they are designed.

When a chick is 'using you' she can not differentiate her feelings for you. She really thinks she loves you... REALLY. But it is in the moment. When a chick says "I don't love you anymore.", she really does mean that... men can never really understand it, because love for us is VERY different.

So... how do you do this... how do you screen out chicks that only 'love' you in the moment. It's simple... you have to be selfish and demand reciprocity. One common denominator with chicks that are just meeting her temporary need is that they are not willing to work for you, other than maybe giving you sex. A chick that is just using you WILL NOT reciprocate... it is that simple.

Divorce and breakups during this pandemic is on the rise... why? Because chicks were with dudes that are no longer meeting her needs... and they are attaching themselves to dudes that can... and when this pandemic ends guess what.... those guys will be out.
