"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

"Loneliness is only an opportunity to cut adrift and find yourself. In solitude you are least alone."

Being alone is not so bad after all. Took me a while to understand this.

I started to understand this phenomenon after I broke up and went through hell with my BPD ex. Even though I am an introvert I am not completely unsocial just the thought of being alone scared me and depressed me. I Took back control of my emotions and watt I want to accomplish in the future. Through the process the more I grew within this solitude the more I Understood this quote.

I started grasping it when I realized that goals, your future, and accomplishments are far more important than woman so that facilitated me to enjoy and embrace this solitude. I wish I had this mind set years ago. Time completely alone gave me light and energy that I never would have had without solitude. In this moments alone I am most alive and myself when I am alone. I know that sounds strange and un-American but I feel all of my loose ends grow together when I reside in a healthy space of reflection. Ideas spark and surface when there is room between thoughts. My whole demeanor shifts from raised shoulder blades, frantic answer searches and obligatory action to easy breathing, expansive thinking and thoughtful action. I become me, in the truest sense.

Embrace your Solitude. Once you do, it will help you on your DJ'in game. They go hand in hand with each other. If you loose a plate, a girl flakes, you wont give a fvck. We are going to make it brahhhsss.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Yes. Being alone does not mean being lonely. There is a biological reason that we pair-bond and that is to keep the species alive. "falling in love" is a chemical ****tail in your brain. Monogamy and long-term monogamy is just a made up human construct. People have actually been conditioned on how to feel about it from birth. When you realize the truth of things you can then love from your true self rather than your attached ego-self.

Couldn't agree more, a companion is nice, but I always do my best work, my most improving, and take action on my goals when I'm in solitude. I do enjoy being social, but I accomplish far more and feel more in tune with myself when I can just kick back and do my own thing. :D
