In person shes all into me....but?

This new chick came to my school like.. a month ago? Shes def a HB 8, n shes in my art class. so what do i dot he first day shes ehre? sit down and introduce myself.
Class 2[we have block scheduling, so I see her every other day] I teach her the ropes of Adobe Photoshop, and we exchange #s. I initiate mild kino.
First weekend shes here, I was *supposed* to call her to chill. Yeah, i forgot. She told people "If he had called me, I would have cancelled my plans with another guy to go with him." thats a blower. I felt like an idiot lol.
The next week I called, no answer. she called me up that friday n we metup at WENDYS with my boy n her busted-a$$ friend. My byo and I had a concert to get too, and no place to chill before the concert without parents..so we parted after eating.

I've called her a few times since to chill. she either doesn't answer her phone, or her parents are making her babysit her brothers, or shes busy[swim practice in the morning, softball in the afternoon.]

see what fustrates me is that this girl CLINGS to me in class. Maybe because Ive taught her step by step EVERYTHING in the class, and sometimes I end up doing parts of her projects for her[using me?]. But thats nto how shes clingy. When she needed my attention last class[these r the onyl examples I remember] she grabs my thigh and goes "look at the new guy[hes a gay guy]." She walks up behind me while i'm into my own work and presses her inner-thighs/cvnt-are into my shoulder. i kino her bakc of course. This girl told me last calss "i love your shirts. u dress so nice."

anyone? I called her tonight n said "hey u trying to go out tonight? watch the OC with some people?" she said her parents would never let her out. n tomorrow night shes busy. she ahsn't called me since wendys to chill. yet this girl acts like she loves me in class.

Honestly, I'd move on to a lesser hassle, but on any point: Give her the ball. Tell her that you want to do something sometime and ask her to give you multiple times that she's free. Pick one of them, and you're set. If she can't give you a time, then you know what's up. And yes, it is possible that she is using you, so be weary.

Don't take advice from this guy. He's just KBDJ ing the whole thing and he is basing his knowledge on 'The Game'.

Ok look, this is what I see:

#1: She genuinely likes you but she wants you to make the first move.

#2: She's using you to help with her photoshop homework. The excuses sound contrived. If she really liked you, she would've 'attempted'... that said, how did she sound on the phone?

#3: Quite possibly she's using you to make herself feel better.

Interpret it however you will.

That said, I'm new to this forum so unless there's theories which I'm yet not aware of, take it with a grain of salt.
