Senior Don Juan
I bench [email protected] kg (so not very much) but fail at the end. I've had it like this for a longer time but don't really advance. Any ideas for making my muscles grow?
Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
I'm pretty sure he means like you setup a power rack and press the bar as hard as you can into where your sticking point would be.What is static holds exactly? My bench press sucks big time.

Basically they are putting about 20% more than your 1RM on the bar and pressing it about 2 inches off the rack and holding it as long as you can. No movement with it other than 2 inches up and then back down. Can do this once a week for about 4-5 weeks before it becomes too much for the CNS and you need to take a break but you should see some good strength gains by then. As long as you can hold for 10 seconds, the next time you do it, add 20% to the weight you used the previous time. If it's under 10 seconds, only add 10% to it.What is static holds exactly? You could try Madcow or Texas method for raw strength.I bench [email protected] kg (so not very much) but fail at the end. I've had it like this for a longer time but don't really advance. Any ideas for making my muscles grow?
