"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

i'd admit that there are people who are 'off' enough that they will still struggle despite their good looks. My only issue with using this as an argument is that it's just fairly rare. You'd need to have rock bottom social skills and probably a handful of mental issues lol (and so telling someone 'good looks without game is useless' isn't necessarily true at all in my opinion. Only if we define 'without game' as being very very neurodivergent)
It's very rare to be 6'0"+, fit/muscular, and struggle to get laid.

When a man is 6'0"+ and fit/muscular, personality doesn't matter that much.

That said, there are unusual situations where men with really good looks struggle to get laid.

Rock bottom social skills and mental issues have the potential to offset good looks.

Game is some combination of looks, money, status, and personality. Personality problems can detract from good looks but also good looks can overcome major personality issues.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

A dress shirt tucked into jeans is a staple for me, however (I promise plenty of my shirts fit/look better than that one)
Two weeks ago (last day I was in the office until today) multiple women told me that my tucked in plaid shirt looked attractive indirectly by telling me that I looked like I was in great shape. You could very simply open your top two buttons, take off that undershirt , roll the sleeves up to the wrist / cuff, make sure it is tucked in tight. It will highlight your shoulders and chest to stomach provided that it is an athletic fitting shirt. I had just coincidentally come back from a two hours heavy lifting session downstairs and my visit to that office was no accident, but nonetheless I believe you are much more likely to succeed than you think.

I was always under the impression wearing no undershirt with 2 buttons undone looked unprofessional at work (as you'd be showing off maybe a tad too much chest)

I like to leave the top 2 buttons unbuttoned. I wear undershirts to avoid showing too much chest for a workplace. Think of it as a bra for men

I'd love it if I was wrong though (about it being taboo for a man to show too much chest at work)

looked unprofessional at work
Looking unprofessional at work depends on the workplace environment. The dress standards in white collar are different than other lines of work.

Even within white collar, there are different standards. Most white collar places are moving towards business casual.

Suits and ties are less common in white collar work.

When I first got out of college in the mid-2000s, it was still common to wear a tie to a job interview for a white collar job. That has become less common in job interviewing in white collar in the last 10 years.

Projecting a masculine attitude is never out of style. What type of work are you in, how large is the company, and what do your colleagues, managers and ownership wear?

I am a highly productive national sales rep in a fortune 50 organization, for perspective. I am 6’3, about 225, fit, and typically stand out in a room, historically have played a little loose and fast, periodically to the ire of management and a colleague once in a while, but I am working on pairing that back. What I used to see as an edge wasn’t entirely accurate, but I haven’t lost all sense of myself either. Take it for what it’s worth.

I could wear t-shirts and jeans to work every day if I really wanted to (quite a few employees do). Even though we're an office, we're not exactly formal.

Please refer to what I just said in reply to SW15 about the relaxed dress code at my work.

Other than disallowing shorts, there really aren't a lot of dress code rules.

I don't like to elaborate on what type of work I do online. My company has, I would estimate, maybe 100 employees (at most) in my office (and perhaps 400 employees when you count offices in other states)

Even some of the managers in my office dress rather casual. There's one manager, however, who will sometimes wear business casual attire (polos, dress shirts, slacks, never jacket or tie)

As for hourly workers, even though most hourly workers at my office dress like slobs, some of the hourly workers dress business casual.

The CEO, when he visits (he lives out of state), tends to wear a polo tucked into jeans or slacks.

@GoodMan32 nevermind trying to impress a woman with your "outfit."

She should be impressed by your "presence," be the best you can be for yourself, have that confidence.

The women will follow...

If you’re late 40’s early 50’s, I think what I said stands. If projecting a confident, masculine vibe is what you’re going for, I wouldn’t wear what you’re wearing now, personally. I wouldn’t make a huge change overnight and draw attention, but I would move incrementally into athletic slacks, button down shirts, and belts, higher end canvas shoes. Two open buttons, lose the undershirt. If you need to shave your chest so be it. Black pants, white shirt, good shoes is timeless. No khakis, ever. Lululemon makes a great athletic slack that you could buy to get started.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

is that you? You got some big ass hands. I know some women are into that lol
Hand game is legit. I have big hands as well. One thing that is fun to do with a girl you just met, or a girl you’re trying to escalate with, is to have her put her hand in yours & compare sizes. They always wind up giggling & like it.

One Hand Game anecdote. I met up with a Tinder match (who would eventually be a GF). She told me later: ‘You were shorter than I expected. But when I saw your hands, I figured everything would be OK.’.

Okay, even more so then.
Another thing I should mention is that my undershirt is typically only minimally visible when I undo the top 2 buttons.

The shirt in the picture has an unusually low 2nd button.

I will need to keep the hand-comparing game in mind.

Your skinny fat, there is no impressing a woman no matter what you wear. You don't look good naked
Yeah and even if he thinks like "okidoki , imma get myself a fattie and call it a day" it won't work anymore. He needs to get his azz in the gym but then we get answers like this:

I'm no couch potato. Simply from riding public transportation, I get a decent amount of exercise. I'm also known to do a hike every now and then.

this is trolling at a high ,high level.

Trolling? Umm, no, I was pointing out that I really am way more active than many where I live (many where I live only walk from their car to their home, their car to their desk at work, etc)

I, on the other hand, have a 10 minute walk to my office after I get off the bus.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

What do you offer a woman?

How will your presence be an enrichment to a woman's life?

I think those are good questions for a man to ask himself before going out into the field. The answers to those questions will help determine how to plan one's seduction life.

Wheat Waffles' flow chart is useful.

As corny as I may sound, lately I'm seriously practicing my approach skills in front of the mirror lol.

Also ask myself such questions. If you have no answers you also have no business bothering women.

By the way: Why do those normies and sub5 have feminine faces?

Good for you for asking those questions. I have solid answers to them.

Why do those normies and sub5 have feminine faces?
Ask Wheat Waffles. It's good you noticed that. With sub 5s, that would make sense. For normies, less so.

Men are becoming less masculine and that's not a good thing. I have been prioritizing my masculinity in the past decade or so.

That's a good practice.
