"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Here's what I wore to work today (this is also something I might wear on a weekend)

In terms of tickling a woman's fancy, how would I fare in this outfit?

(When posing for a picture, my shirt looks a lot more wrinkly than it really is)

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

is that you? You got some big ass hands. I know some women are into that lol

You need a new belt.

Not knowing your hairstyle or personality it is hard to advise what brand to buy. Since money is not an issue, go to Zara and buy some clothes from there. They are edgy and not work appropriate; they are like fun clothes. It will feel weird at first but you’ll get used to it and maybe inject some playfulness into your personality.

Definitely need to work on the wardrobe and unless you're at work I would typically stay away from tucking in your shirt. There are plenty of stylish button up shirts you can wear untucked if you want to go the button up route.

dry cleaners or laundry store can clean and press the shirts. if its in budget, its nice to just got to your hanger and get them ready to go. it also feels nice to put on a pressed shirt.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Your sleeves are too short. Your undershirt is showing. Shirt doesn't fit your body that good. Wrong belt. Jeans are too dark for shirt. Your collar lays too flat, needs some starch and iron work to make it stand up.

This look is not a panty dropper at all.

And you are really small on top relative to your waist line. You either need to hit the gym or get serious about finding shirts that are tailored to help with that.

0-1 out of 10. You will not drop any panties with this look. It does not stand out in any way.

The color/style patterning of the shirt isn't exciting. I can't imagine women reacting to that. Jeans are a really common look.

@The Duke was most accurate on other critiques of the outfit itself.

Physique comments were on point too.

While it is possible to impress women with outfits, this isn't it.

Physique also matters far more than outfit.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Oh boy you've got a tonne to learn about women dating and relationships if you think an outfit will "Tickle her fancy" !!!

Also stop trying to impress any woman that you work with. It's a recipe for disaster.

Hit the gym and build that tapered V look. Then anything you wear will look semi decent on you.

Also Iron your damn shirts man !!! You're not a child anymore.

A strong presence and character does more to attract women then just stylish clothes.

Good tailoring can also help. A well-cut suit or sports jacket can provide some fullness to the chest and shoulders and create the illusion of a more tapered torso.
You don't want illusion. You want the real thing. He isn't Merlin the Magician.

I agree, building a better physique will take a bit of time and energy though. A well-cut jacket and some shirts and trousers that fit properly will help in the short term.

Yeah, that's me. I had never given much thought to my hand size. Now that you mention it, I suppose my hands really are big  (especially for a man my size)

I own 2 other belts.

Thanks for the Zara recommendation.

As for personality, I'm an autist.

I've mentioned on the forum before that I've been told I resemble Jared Kushner. My hairstyle (and hair color) is comparable to his.

Even though Jared Kushner is pretty well-known, it's possible some posters (especially non-Americans) might not be familiar with him. For reference, here he is.

I cuffed my sleeves (I always do; that's my thing)

At full length, my sleeves are longer than they are in the picture.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I iron my shirts (and even my pants)

There's a reason I included the disclaimer that the shirt looked a lot more wrinkly when posing for the picture than it did in person.

OP,

No offense, but you are dressed like you are 70 years old and a grandfather who no longer cares about getting women wet. @The Duke nailed it as far what you need to change.

That shirt is the biggest problem. It looks old, worn out, doesn't fit correctly, and the undershirt is completely unnecessary and not sexy. I have found that a well-fitted t-shirt generally stands out the best with a well-fitted slim fit pair of jeans if I am going on a casual date. You can spruce it up easily with a sports jacket over it if you want. Google some things of young men doing that sort of thing.

And no, you aren't Jared Kushner. Plus, Kushner is always in a suit when seen in public it seems, so I am not sure how that applies to this topic.

A poster commented that he doesn't know what my hairstyle is.

I used Jared Kushner as an example of my hairstyle.

Your skinny fat, there is no impressing a woman no matter what you wear. You don't look good naked
For obvious reasons, I won't share a picture of myself nude.

I will share, however, what I look like without a shirt.

What I look like underneath my clothes is somewhat of a moot point anyway, seeing as the last time a non-escort woman has seen me sexually was 2021. Any discussion of what I look like underneath my clothes is putting the cart before the horse. How about getting a woman into bed first and then worrying about what I look like naked

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
