"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Hello . I'm new here , so I will introduce myself . My name is Andrew , I'm 24 yo and I'm in a big dilemma . 2 weeks ago , I met a girl at a wedding I attendend as a technician luminist . She smiled at me at first , and that gaved me the courage to make a move . I introduced myself , and we talked . Fast forward , we had coffee and we ate cake from the same plate and I asked her if she liked our first date , and if she wants a second date , she will pick the place . She laughed , I asked for her number and she gave it to me . I texted her right before I went to sleep in the morning that I can't wait for our second date . Since then , I asked her 2 times for a date and she always tell me that she is busy . For the last 3 days , I stopped contacting her and she didn't text me at all . This morning , she added me on Facebook , but still no text from her . My question is : should I keep going with the ignoring part , or I should text her on Facebook since she added me ?

I forgot to mention : she told me in these texts we had that we should meet up and get to know each other better , but those 2 invites were declined with the excuse that she is busy .

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

She's not interested. You did your job as a man, you asked her out... she balked... too busy and didn't counter. You are done, move onto the next one. If you keep trying you will only look pathetic. Go get other girls. If she reaches out again, try to make a date, if she says no, then thank her for reaching out and move onto the next one.

I agree with @dustmuffin the most you could do right now and SHOULD do right now is just keep with the no contact and spin other plates. If she contacts you to hangout eventually then maybe she really was busy, but doesn't seem likely. Either way make sure your Facebook gives off the vibe you're a sociable guy that actually has a life, as it's possible she just wanted to creep on your profile to get an idea about that.

But definitely don't give this girl anymore time in your brain lol

Don't add her on facebook. She only wants to increase her friend count and add yet another orbiter which will feed her ego.

Stop texting all together. She isn't interested. If she hasn't texted back then don't waste anymore time on her.

Denying her friend request on facebook may lead to bread crumbs and her faking some interest. Don't feed it.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
