“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I'm taking a year out to work and getting rid of the internet in an attempt to regain a social life (I have basically no friends now). I've been feeling depressed so I'm going to use this time to find myself, find what I want from life and learn to respect myself.
I've been thinking about improving my physique, getting some NLP, learning how to dance and maybe speak a bit more clearly.
I'm going to try and experiment with some girls (find out what I want from them) and try and make some new friends.

Whether it's to wish me well or give me a tip or two/some insight, please respond to this thread.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I completely support you setting out to improve yourself as this is what will get you where you want to be and it's a damn enjoyable and fulfilling process too. Nothing beats the feeling after a productive day of working out, reading and learning something new.

I also think you are focusing on some really useful areas too where you can use women as a form of motivation.

Go for it and good luck!!!

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

One thing at a time, you need to get rid of the internet first, then learn to work it back into your daily routine. I got rid of my mobile phone for a complete week (just to see what it's like) and it felt really good, now I learn not to rely on it so much, and the fact that you don't need to carry it with you all the time.

Nice

Good for you, bro. You will be a completely different person after this time off.

Best of luck finding your "calling," your work in life that gives the best of you to the world.
Best of luck finding friends who support you.
Best of luck dating around, and eventually finding a girl who brings out your inner joy.

Most importantly, good luck finding yourself.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
