Im so screwed...

Hey guys i really need help on this one.Lets start with a little background:
theres this guy in my class...well hes a jerk.he is always messing up with everyone(except me and another guy)and sometimes he just does stupid sh!t(once he entered class with a condom on his head...). So a couple of days ago he was doing something wich made 2 girls cry and then he started bullying a guy who was passing by so i just came to him grabed his arm and told him to stop it or he could get some minor injuries.he gave me a nice ''fvck you retard''and i gave him a nice punch in the stomach.nothing serious ended up right there and he was a sweet puppy for some days.
All was good until today when like half my class went out and he was kinda drunk so he started harrassing a girl who was with us(touching her boobs and stuff like that)and i totally snaped.according to his mother wich called me about half an hour ago i broke his arm in 2 places and he twisted his right foot when i pushed him down the stairs :nervous:

How the hell am i suposed to do tomorrow?maybe ill have to pay him or something, my parent wont be very happy with it and i dont even wanna imagine how ppl will look at me in school...need serious help on this one

Don't be totally insensitive to it but if you think you were doing the right thing (which if he's bullying people you were) don't be worried about it. If he has a reputation the people at school should understand.. but if you're all nervous about it you won't come off too well.

To dav27: im very concerned about it so its hard not to be nervous.he has got a reputation among guys wich is....good.they like to have him around(cant blame school for putting all jerks together)and even some girls like having him around

You did nothing wrong, other then pushing him down the stairs or whatever happened that got him tumbling.

Mistakes happen. He deserved to be pointed out as a jerk.

I think you mistake the idea that he is liked by some. Its called 'acceptance', most of the others didn't have the balls to do what you did. 'if you can't beat 'em, join 'em... In this case laugh with 'em'.

A guy like that isn't liked, his accepted. This is why jerks trive!

I see nothing wrong with that. He was being a jackass and you let him know that his behavior was unacceptable. Maybe breaking his arm and twisting his ankle was a bit much, but I bet you he wont be a problem anymore. As for what to do. Walk into school tomorrow like nothing happened. If people mention it, just say he deserved it and leave it at that.

Don't say anything to the mom at all. You do not owe her an explanation. More importantly, you do not want to say something that could possibly be used against you. Do not apologize or offer a sign of guilt.

You did a great job. If authorities or school admin gets involved, you acted in legitimate self defense and the defense of others, and you have people to back you up.

No, I wasn't joking - except i exagerated about the "killed" part - i would not say that to a mother about her child.

If that was me, and the mother called - i dont get it: how does she have your phone number, and WHY she called you? To tell you that he is hurt?

Id literally ask her why she is calling and not him? Does she expect pity and guilt? Id say: "please accept my sincerest condolences from the bottom of my heart". I mean you gotta feel sorry for that woman that her son turned out to be a piece of $hit.

You my friend are not the COPS it aint your job to bully the bullies... You should have alerted the school authorities ... but now you will be facing assault charges which will cost you and your parents some good $$$$... OH and remember next time that most folks dont go quietly , they often seek revenge when you least expect it and that is what can get you killed really easily..

Touching her is not sexual harrassment, it's sexual battery. Much worse. You did the right thing by stepping in, as self-defense laws and/or good samaritan laws would be on your side here.

Nothing more should come out of this, he'd be stupid trying to justify his behavior in the first place...but, if anything does happen in the future, make note of any witnesses, and the girl too.
