She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.
Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
And you sought it out out of CURIOUSITY, so what does that say about you?Unprez said:Holy **** from the title I thought that the OP was a fag...god change the friggin thread title

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
ok relax guys it was a joke, and wht the hell is post flopping? I dont think anyone here would read this thread hoping that its a gay adTheFlyOne said:So you checked this thread out to see what kind of guys he was seeing to see if you fit the build .
Yeah, I see how well it's workingDon't care about any anti-txt or aim comments. I use all options and they all have their uses. It's how you use things.
Yeah, that's why you're posting about her instead of nexting her.she never just comes out and says what that activity is like most people (like I did when I don't give it a second thought and just said nope I got softball -- oh, look, her mystery is actually making me LOSE interest)
You don't have to be "squeezed in" to fit her schedule. Pick a day and see if she makes herself fit into yours. If not, say, "next time, maybe" then wait some days, pick another day and see if she makes herself available or not for the next date you suggest.I'm supposed to tell her today where/time we're gonna meet. Maybe i'll just tell her I don't want to be rushed and we can do it another day and she'll get the hint... or think i'm difficult and give up .
She's a free agent, as are you. Same day or spaced apart by a day, how does it really matter, you know? There's nothing wrong with seeing other guys, but on the same day?
You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.
Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.
Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.
Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
You're not being weird at all. This is the attitude of a man of value. Your time is valuable, and you dont want to be squeezed inbetween activities because that not only conveys you are willing to accomodate HER schedule first but it also tips the frame in her favor, albeit subtly.mrRuckus said:Am I just being too weird about this? There's nothing wrong with seeing other guys, but on the same day? I don't want girls or this one in particular enough at this moment to want to deal with it. Even if this becomes something consistent I wouldn't want to continually be squeezed in with her always running somewhere.
No, you just recognize that you aren't a priority to her so the likelihood of getting down her pants without a long, drawn out effort is slim at best. I have had a few women like this in the recent past and no good ever came of the interaction. It shows that there isn't enough interest. And I'm not the kind of person who says "give up" if you can't make her cream her panties after 5 minutes, but if you are playing phone and text tag like that and she's shooting down offers you have already missed your prime opportunity to get her interest level high enough. Now it's an uphill battle because she doesn't SEE your value, and until you get together you have no way of demonstrating it.mrRuckus said:I'm probably oversensitive but at this point I don't care enough so i'm considering dropping the whole thing. I don't want to be squeeeeezed into a schedule.
I say you pick a time and a place that is convenient for you, tell her to be there, and if it is anything other than an enthusiastic "YES", you forget about her and find a chick who has time for you. She's showing interest, but not enough for my tastes. I'm supposed to tell her today where/time we're gonna meet. Maybe i'll just tell her i don't want to be rushed and we can do it another day and she'll get the hint... or think i'm difficult and give up.
Don't listen to that static. It's 2009, not 1959.(Don't care about any anti-txt or aim comments. I use all options and they all have their uses. It's how you use things.)

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
