i'm fine with almost everything about myself except for the fact that guys who are way doushier and less attractive are in relationships/getting laid and i'm not.

Improvement involves becoming better for something bigger, which can lead to a lifestyle where you have a lot of girls.
Only focusing on improving yourself will get you no girls. None. Likewise, only going for girls makes you unhappy in the future.
