Hey guys. First of all I know my stuff so don't accuse me of being a noob.
Anyway... on to the good stuff. There's this girl that I kind of know (she sat near me in math class. In other words we've talked on a surface level) and we haven't talked since
School. I saw her at this festival yesterday and didn't get a chance to say hi. So when I got home I got on Facebook and saw she was online. I've been trying to leave behind my *****assness so I sent her a message on chat. I hesitated a few seconds too long and by the time my message sent she was offline. I was hoping to get something back today, but I haven't. I don't know why she would blow me off like that, but I'm proud of myself that I tried. I'm just afraid that when I see her for real, the vibe will be off or she thinks I'm weird. Did I cross a boundary?

Anybody have any input? Norwegian?

I think you're over-analysing.

It's facebook man, ****ing technology, there's a multitude of things which could have happened that are more likely that her sending you a message back.

It's facebook, where you can send a total stranger a request to become your 'friend', if she has even had the slightest conversation with you before in her life, she'll reply. Chances are she hasn't been on since then.

I just had to mention: You know know your **** (talk the talk) but the question is in these cases, if you can walk the walk.

Let's say you hook up with a girl at a party, and you want it to become something more, but you're afraid she might think it was only a one-night thing. Let's say you go up to her just waiting for her reaction, instead of acting yourself. If you see it from her side; she might want the same as you, but due to nature, she is gonna be following your lead. In this example you will both fail.

Take the example to this case, and you should just go about as usual. When you see her again, it's nothing different, there's nothing weird. It's most often only weird if you make it weird.
